Michelle Clarke is a fraud artist living in Abbotsford, BC, Canada. She has dyed-blonde hair and lives on Harris Road. The Abbotsford police have applied for search warrants to seize her banking records at her financial institution. She has up to four fraud charges held against her. The most disturbing and sad thing is that a lot of people Michelle Clarke has frauded are her former friends.
